Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 30, 2025
These terms govern your use of EpickSet, the setlist and collaboration platform run by Ucentered Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Ucentered Ltd ("we", "us", or "EpickSet"). They apply whenever you access or use our website, applications, and features.
If you are using EpickSet on behalf of a band, group, or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Using EpickSet
We provide tools for organising songs, building setlists, collaborating with bandmates, and preparing for performances. We may add, change, or withdraw features as the product develops.
To use EpickSet you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live);
- Provide accurate information when creating your account;
- Keep your sign-in details secure and be responsible for activity under your account;
- Use the service lawfully and in line with these terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at Info@epickset.com if you believe someone else has used it without your permission.
You can close your account at any time. Closing an account ends your access to stored setlists and songs, so export or save anything you want to keep first.
4. Your content and who owns it
Songs, lyrics, chords, setlists, notes, and audio you add to EpickSet belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You give us permission to store, display, and share your content only as needed to provide the service — for example, showing a setlist to a bandmate you invited, or backing it up so nothing is lost.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright or other rights. See our Copyright & Licensing Policy for more.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes copyright, is unlawful, harmful, or harassing;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its systems, or other people's accounts;
- Interfere with, disable, or overload the service, including by automated scraping or excessive requests;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without our written permission;
- Use EpickSet to send unsolicited messages or to invite people who have not asked to be invited.
We may suspend or limit an account that breaks these rules, and remove content that clearly does.
6. AI-generated content
EpickSet can suggest setlists and organise songs using artificial intelligence. Suggestions are generated from the information you give us and the songs in your library.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — it is a starting point, not a finished arrangement. You decide what to use, and you remain responsible for the material you perform and share.
7. Plans, payments, and billing
EpickSet offers a free plan and paid plans, priced as shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is collected securely by our payment provider when you subscribe and at each renewal.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
Where you have a legal right to a refund — for example, cancelling a new subscription within the cooling-off period — we will honour it. Otherwise, payments already made for a period you have had access to are not refundable, though you keep access for the rest of that period.
8. Third-party services
Some parts of EpickSet rely on services we do not run, such as sign-in providers, payment processing, and hosting. When you use sign-in with Google, for example, Google's own terms also apply to that step.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services.
9. Your privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. By using EpickSet you confirm you have read them.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep EpickSet running smoothly, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may need to take it down for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
We may change these terms as the product and the law develop. When we make material changes, we will tell you — by email, in the app, or by updating the date above — before they take effect. Continuing to use EpickSet afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
11. Disclaimers
EpickSet is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give extra guarantees about the service, including that it will be error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your own rehearsals, performances, and the material you use.
12. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost earnings, lost bookings, or lost data, arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Ending your access
You can stop using EpickSet whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if your account has been inactive and unused for an extended period. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your content.
14. General
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Copyright & Licensing Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Ucentered Ltd about using EpickSet.
- If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- You may not transfer your account or these rights to someone else without our consent.
- We may assign our side of the agreement if our business is sold or restructured.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts there. If you live outside the UK, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws where you live.
